I'm Coach MikkiJ, and I've always felt a calling to guide others on their journey towards personal growth and fulfillment. From a young age, I've been fascinated by human behavior and have had a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. It brings me immense joy to motivate and encourage individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
My coaching style has often been described as "Clairvoyant" because of my knack for helping clients uncover the root causes of their challenges. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I assist clients in finding resolution to issues they may have struggled with alone. I'm not afraid to ask the tough questions that lead to profound breakthroughs.
As a seasoned Career Development Coach and technology professional with experience across various industries, including accounting, automotive, banking, healthcare, real estate, mortgage banking, and payroll, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching practice.
